Whether you're 1 or 99 years old, I believe whole body health is important. This includes mind, body, soul, and spirit. I would love to help you help yourself through in-home or outpatient services. I graduated with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Cloud State University in 2023 and am working towards licensure. I am also certified in Nutrition through Full Body System's Functional Nutrition Alliance. 

A few of the things I really enjoy are reading, exercising, playing guitar, and being outdoors with friends and family.
