GRAND FORKS – The Village Family Service Center received $4,000 in grant support from the Beito Foundation. Funds will be used to serve the behavioral health needs of children and families in Northwest Minnesota.
The Thief River Falls-based Beito Foundation has supported Village programming for several years and helps the agency fulfill its mission to strengthen individuals we serve through regional community behavioral health services.
“This grant ensures that our mental health services remain accessible and increases access for those who live in rural areas,” said Kristi Ventzke, regional program supervisor of The Village’s Grand Fork's office.
The Village has offices in 15 communities across North Dakota and Minnesota and provides counseling, in-home family therapy, adoption services, pregnancy counseling, financial counseling, employee assistance programs, business training and other behavioral health services.
