I obtained a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy through Saint Cloud State University in 2020. I am most passionate about working with couples and families. I believe that the cornerstone to our survival is centered around healthy relationships. What I find most rewarding as a therapist is witnessing the healing transformation of individuals as they discover the magnitude of their boldness. I believe my investment as a therapist offers a gentle, accountable, and empowering modality integrated alongside emotion-focused, experiential, internal family systems, and structural family frameworks.
I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, and families in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, in-home, and residential. I have experience working with clients who have been impacted by anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, behavioral problems, and relational stressors. I am passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals, and blended families. In my free time I enjoy nature and making memories with family and friends.
