FARGO – Self-care tips for managing stress and anxiety and advice for supervisors on how to support their team during the pandemic will be offered during two free webinars next month.
The June 3 and 17 online training sessions are the latest in The Business Bite, a series of lunchtime talks on topics that matter, hosted by The Village Business Institute. The virtual events begin at noon and last about 45 minutes, including time for participant questions.
On Wednesday, June 3, Denise Hellekson, a licensed counselor, social worker and mediator, will share easy-to-use self-care strategies that can help improve overall wellbeing.
EAP Trainer Nancy Boyle leads the Wednesday, June 17, webinar. She will discuss common reactions to uncertainty, help leaders understand its effects on the workplace, and provide tools to decrease workplace stress and anxiety.
