GRAND FORKS, ND – A recent grant from the Myra Foundation will assist The Village Family Service Center in creating a safe, clean, and healthy environment for its clients, especially children in need of therapy.
The Village has received $5,000 from Myra Foundation to help replace worn-out flooring throughout its Grand Forks offices, which are located inside the Grand Cities Mall. New flooring will be especially beneficial when counselors are providing children’s therapy, which typically involves playing and interacting on the floor. The Village is grateful to Myra Foundation for its continued support.
The Village Family Service Center strengthens kids and families across Minnesota and North Dakota through behavioral health services, including mental health counseling, in-home family therapy, financial counseling, employee assistance programs, and more.
The Village’s mission is to strengthen individuals we serve through regional community behavioral health services. We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation and are a United Way Community Partner.
