As a counselor, my goal is to listen, understand, assist, and empower individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy assisting people through unique difficult topics/situations, and watching them grow. I hold the counselor-client relationship with the highest regard, and work to establish a comfortable, open, non-judgmental space for clients to discuss whatever issues are on their mind. Outside of person-centered theory, I use an integrated approach, pulling from various counseling theories for whatever best suits client’s needs. I am based out of our Fargo location.
I attended North Dakota State University and earned a master’s degree in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my off time, I enjoy exercising, watching/playing sports, listening to my favorite podcasts, and spending time with friends and family.
