The Village Family Service Center has received several grants recently that help sustain its behavioral health services. The Village is grateful to these organizations for their support:
- Verendrye Electric Trust’s Operation Round Up awarded The Village in Minot a $1,000 grant. These funds will be used to purchase therapeutic materials for children and families who have experienced trauma.
- The Village's First Step Recovery program received $7,500 from the Elmer and Kaya Berg Foundation. In addition, the foundation awarded $1,500 to The Village for its suicide prevention efforts.
- Sam’s Club in Fargo granted The Village $1,000 to purchase a new laptop.
- Minot’s Supervised Parenting Time program received $10,274 in STOP grant funds from the state of North Dakota.
