FARGO – The Village Business Institute will host the workshop “Examining Our Unconscious Bias” from 8:30 a.m. to noon Friday, March 1, at the Avalon Events Center, 2525 9th Ave. S., Fargo.

This workshop is recommended for anyone who wants to better understand their own biases and how they affect day-to-day decision making. It is particularly beneficial for HR professionals, middle and senior managers who are responsible for decision making in the areas of recruitment, policy and process development, people management and organizational culture.
The seminar is approved for 2½ HR (general) credits for the HR Certification Institute.
Tickets for the workshop are $99 and can be purchased at www.TheVillageFamily.org/unconsciousbiastraining. The course may be available at no charge for employees whose company has a Village EAP contract.
