Hi! I am a School-based Counselor in the Jamestown High School and the elementary schools. I received my undergraduate degree in Human Services at Valley City State University and obtained my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Addiction Counseling from the University of Mary. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in North Dakota. I have provided counseling in many different areas such as crisis counseling, working with high-risk sex offenders (SOTEP at NDSH), addiction unit at NDSH, interning at JRCC (prison), providing family counseling (BSFT) with the Division of Juvenile Services, and both addiction and child/family services at SCHSC. My passion is working with young people and especially working with pre-teen/teenagers. My intention is to listen, understand, assist, and identify necessary tools to empower the individuals that I work with. I like to meet the client where they are at and work together to understand where they would like to be in their life.
