The Village Employee Assistance Program offers numerous resources and services to assist supervisors, managers, and human resource professionals in creating a better and more effective work environment, and to resolve short-term challenges to productivity and wellness.
The Village Employee Assistance Program maintains a network of counselors and affiliates throughout the United States to provide services for its clients. Whenever possible, we provide access to one or more EAP professionals within 30 miles of a covered employee’s home or place of work. In areas where the Employee Assistance Program does not employ its own staff, we contract with affiliate professionals and agencies who provide services on our behalf.
