Terrijann Mullerdahlberg
As a trauma-informed mental health clinician and educator, I am dedicated to helping people heal, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. My training includes a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor–Supervisor (LPCC-S). In my practice, I provide individual, couples, and family counseling using evidence-based approaches such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). I also integrate emerging approaches like Polyvagal-informed care and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My work focuses on supporting individuals and families as they move toward healing, strengthen resilience, and rediscover the strengths already within them.
