What Is Adolescent Recovery IOP?

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for recovery provides more structure and support than weekly counseling, without the disruption of residential care. It’s ideal for teens whose alcohol or drug use is beginning to impact their mental health, relationships, or daily functioning.

Programming consists of 9 hours per week from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, allowing teens to receive meaningful treatment while staying connected to school and family.

Our Adolescent Recovery IOP Includes

  • Teen-only group therapy led by Licensed Addiction Counselors

  • Individual therapy tailored to each teen’s needs

  • Educational lectures and videos focused on coping skills and decision-making

  • Family education and process groups to support the entire household

This combination helps teens better understand their behaviors, manage emotions, and develop healthier ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and peer pressure.
