TODDLER TEACHER

Nokomis II Child Care Center of The Village Family Service Center is looking for a remarkable individual to be a full-time Toddler Teacher. A desire to see each child reach his/her full potential is mandatory. Experience in child care and a high school diploma or GED is required. An Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Nokomis provides exceptional child care within the Fargo/Moorhead community to children ages 0-9. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field and experience working with children/adolescents and families. Preference given to applicants with specific truancy intervention experience; effective communication skills; knowledge of child/welfare services; family systems; court and law enforcement systems; adolescent/teenage development, and mental and chemical health issues.
