FAMILY GROUP / FAMILY TEAM DECISION MAKING FACILITATOR 
Devils Lake, ND

Work for a top-notch non-profit agency among the beautiful lakes and forests of the Turtle Mountain area of North Dakota! The Village Family Service Center has a part-time position in the Devils Lake region for a Family Group / Family Team Decision Making facilitator. This is an exciting program developed in partnership with the Department of Human Services and The Village Family Service Center. FGDM / FTDM brings together family members, friends, service providers and others to create a care and protection plan for a child. The facilitator will guide the “family” in developing this plan. Training will be provided. We’re looking for a great attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn. Must be self-directed, highly motivated, and be able to work collaboratively with a variety of people and agencies. Must have excellent communication skills and possess skills in negotiation, collaboration along with the ability to lead a diverse group towards conflict resolution. A bachelor’s degree is required, but preference will be given to master’s level mental health professionals. Will involve some evening and weekend work with the opportunity to travel. NOKOMIS II--END OF DAY STAFF

Nokomis II Child Care Center has immediate openings in several classrooms for End of the Day Staff/Sub positions.  These classrooms include our Preschool 2 classroom, Pre-Toddler 2 room and Infant room. Previous childcare experience preferred. The hours are 3 p.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday in the Pre-Toddler and Preschool rooms and from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Infant room.
