PLEASE NOTE: This session of Mind Over Mood is now full. Please call to be placed on a waiting list or to be contacted about future groups.
Mind Over Mood is an eight-week group to help individuals change negative thinking patterns that can lead to depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, low self-esteem, eating disorders, substance abuse, and relationship problems. Step-by-step worksheets, along with group support, will help you:
- Change the negative thought patterns that contribute to your problems
- Identify and track changes in your feelings through mood questionnaires
- Solve problems and take action to improve your life and relationships
- Practice skills that address your concerns
The next session of Mind Over Mood will meet 5:45 to 7:15 p.m. Thursdays, February 28 to April 18 at The Village, 1201 25th St. S., Fargo. The fee may be covered by your Village EAP benefit. (EAP clients must call before the class begins and schedule through The VBI intake staff.)
To register, call Elise at 701-451-4900. Our staff can also assist you in determining your payment options.
