Pride Teens (Fargo-Moorhead Hybrid Group)
Pride Teens is a 10-week therapy group for 13- to 17-year-olds who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Pansexual (LGBTQ+). Meet other teens and learn about topics like developing positive identity, challenging homophobia, overcoming adversity, suicide and coping, religion, healthy relationships and body image. (Participants may be age 18 if still in high school.)
Pride Teens will meet from 5:30 to 7 pm Tuesdays, Feb. 8 through April 12. Participants may attend in person at The Village Family Service Center's Moorhead office or online via Zoom. The group is facilitated by Village providers who specialize in LGBTQ+ issues.
