I have always felt a calling to help others. I strive to provide each client with a supportive and empathetic ear while walking beside them on their journey to healing and mental wellness. My counseling approach is integrated using person-centered therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. The techniques used and care provided are tailored to each client's needs and goals.
 
In 2013, I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology through Minnesota State University Moorhead. I spent time before graduate school learning more about myself and my passions. Then, I earned my master's degree in counseling through the University of Mary in 2022.
