DelRae Steiner is a Graduate Intern at The Village Family Service Center in Fargo. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology from Valley City State University and is currently completing her final year of graduate school at the University of North Dakota, working toward a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Community Mental Health.

DelRae strives to create an environment where every person feels safe to be their authentic self, feel supported, and grow. She believes in meeting each person where they are and creating a welcoming space where they can feel comfortable throughout their counseling journey.
