Ellen Beilsmith
Originally from Montana, I served four years in the U.S. Air Force before earning my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University in 2024. My experience includes work in community-based services, faith-based counseling centers, and psychiatric hospitals. With a focus on adolescents, I take a holistic approach that values the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of healing. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential and enjoy collaborating with clients to find what works best for them. My approach draws from evidence-based models like person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and strength-based techniques.
