I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate intern who enjoys supporting children, teens, and families and welcome individuals at every stage of life. I am currently completing my final year of the Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Saint Cloud State University. My clinical background includes leading several social-emotional groups for children in kindergarten through eighth grade. I believe counseling can help people better understand themselves, develop practical tools for navigating everyday life, improve their overall wellness, and work toward greater satisfaction in their lives.
