FARGO – Transparent communication, implicit bias in recruiting, and toxic positivity are some of the topics trainers with The Village Employee Assistance Program will address in upcoming free webinars. Several new sessions of The Business Bite, online lunch-hour trainings hosted by The Village Business Institute, have been scheduled for the remainder of 2021. The webinars are offered from noon to 1 p.m. on certain Wednesdays via Zoom. Registration for each is available on Eventbrite.
