Alexis McMullen
I have a master's degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been with The Village since 2008. I work with families and individuals in home, school, and office settings, including offering outpatient and school-based sessions at the REACH office in Hawley, Minnesota. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and am able to complete diagnostic assessments for children and adults. I use a family systems approach to increase satisfaction in relationships and decrease discord or negative behaviors identified by the family and work towards regaining peace and harmony in the home.
