My practice as a counselor focuses on empowering individuals through the transformative processes of trauma therapy and existential exploration. I believe in fostering resilience and self-discovery, helping clients navigate past wounds and cultivate profound purpose. My education at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND provided a strong foundation for my work. Outside of sessions I cherish moments at the family cabin, immerse myself in self care and recharge so that I can be my most authentic self while providing patient centered care.
