Few things are more satisfying to me than providing the opportunity for people to learn new information and gain insight that can change their relationship with themselves, their colleagues, and the larger community. I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and am especially passionate about the energy and freedom a person feels when they discover their superpowers and are empowered to lean into them in all aspects of their life.
With a background in education, corporate business, and consulting, I have presented throughout the country and internationally. I have a relaxed, relational training style and I bring energy, empathy, and humor with me always.
I grew up in Jamestown, ND, and now live in Staples, MN, with my husband where we enjoy the outdoors, dominate the local trivia league, and try to keep track of our two 20-something daughters.
