Work smarter by discovering what you do best.
Work smarter, not harder, by harnessing your natural talents. When individuals understand and use their strengths intentionally, they perform better, collaborate more effectively, and experience greater fulfillment. When teams align their unique abilities toward a shared mission, they create a lasting impact on their organizations, their clients, and themselves.
So, how do we determine our strengths? The answer is CliftonStrengths®, a talent assessment developed through 50+ years of research and millions of interviews with successful individuals in their fields. Unlike a personality test, CliftonStrengths® helps you identify your natural strengths and how to turn them into superpowers. It can be difficult to answer the question, "What are you good at?" because things we excel at come so naturally that we don't realize they are unique to us. CliftonStrengths® is a research-based tool that helps you confidently answer that question and use that knowledge to be the best version of yourself.
Through the support of a generous grant, The Village Family Service Center Trainer Susan Williams is hosting two one-day CliftonStrengths® seminars designed to help organizations that serve marginalized communities maximize their impact. This hands-on session will explore how identifying and leveraging strengths can enhance teamwork, increase efficiency, and improve service delivery.
