As the Supervisor to the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), I provide guidance to the counselors on the team; creating a healthy working environment to foster the growth of our clients. I believe that in order to achieve balance, both mental health and substance use must be addressed. Everyone deserves to have a safe and nurturing place to cope and heal and the Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to give each individual client space to grow and achieve stability. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have learned through life that mental health stability is the root of finding joy. I work from a strengths based perspective and love helping others. My favorite quote is:
"Love is as what love does" – Scott Peck
My hobbies include spending time with my husband and three young children, reading, cooking, running, and camping!
