I was born in Grand Forks and raised in rural North Dakota. I graduated from the University of North Dakota where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (2017) and my Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology (2020).
I became a counselor because I am passionate about working with and helping others. My goal as a therapist is to offer support and empowerment to those that are facing difficulties and challenges in their lives. I like to use a collaborative approach with my clients to develop the best treatment options to meet their needs and goals. In my free time I enjoy crafting, baking, and spending time with friends, family and my dog, Pinto.
