I work with a wide variety of individuals including children (age 6+), adolescents, and adults working through anxiety, trauma, depression, and more. I enjoy creating therapeutic goals that are individualized to each client's unique situation to get the most out of our time together.

I bring together the body and mind in therapy to empower individuals to live happy and healthy lives through a variety of guiding theories. Taking a holistic approach to therapy addresses mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I completed my undergraduate Social Work degree at Minot State University with a concentration in addiction studies. This guided me through my experience working with individuals in a residential/inpatient addiction treatment setting. I then completed my Master of Social Work degree at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, leading me to The Village.
